3-Ingredient Oatmeal Pancakes
•1 cup oats
•1/2 of med size banana
•1/4 cup of water
• Butter for cooking
1. Blend oats until fine
2. Add half banana and 1/4 cup of water
3. Blend until well combined and smooth. Mixture shouldn't be too think or too watery
4. Cook like regular pancakes! Add butter to a hot pan and cook until bubbles form around edges of pancake. Flip and cook for an addition 2-3 minutes.
5. Enjoy! This recipe makes about 3, 3inch pancakes
Notes:
• If mixture is too thick add a tablespoon of water at a time. Mixture should mimic regular pancake batter
• If mixture is too watery add more oats
• You can always add cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt, etc to mixture!
• Topping are also delicious: almond butter and greek yogurt are my favorite!
